Rooms: There are single and double rooms available.
Single Room Cost per person: $335 ($150 deposit, then $185 balance)
Double Room Cost per person: $285 ($150 deposit, then $135 balance)
We'll collect $150 as a deposit, and then the balance (depending on your room type) is due by 11:59 pm Aug 31, 2026.
Per the policy on our website, full refunds are possible before Sept 1st, 2026.

Waitlist: If the event is full, please join the wait list, because it's very likely people's schedules will shift, and spots may become available.
If there are still spots available, we will open to Big QU on September 10th, 2026.
Please list the name of your roommate(s) (if applicable) when you register or note that you'd like a single room.
Meals: Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast are provided. No meals provided for Friday lunch so bring your own or make other arrangements.
