This is the Annual Burke QU Members ONLY Fall 2025 Retreat.

Please join us for 5 days of Quilting fun with good friends at the Haunted Hideaway Fall Retreat October 29 to November 2, 2025, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Martinsburg, West Virginia located at 65 Priority Dr. Martinsburg WV Phone: (304) 263-0101.

Cost: $70 per person

Each Participant will need to make your own room arrangement with the hotel.  There are a limited number of rooms at the special rate of $129 per night.  Check in time: after 3 PM; Checkout time: 12:00

The hotel will provide 2 breakfast tickets per room with the Burke QU rate.  All other meals are on your own.  The hotel features an on-site restaurant and there are many restaurants in the immediate area

Registration will start 1 September 2025. You will need a code to sign-up. The code will be sent to BQU members prior to sign-ups beginning.
