Join us for the Fairfax QU retreat next spring.  We’ll meet at the Hilton Garden Inn in Martinsburg, WV from Thursday, March 27 until Sunday, March 30, 2025.   The hotel is located at 65 Priority Drive, Martinsburg, WV.  The phone number to call the hotel and make a room reservation is 304-263-0101.  Tell them that you are with the Fairfax quilters and you will get our daily rate of $134.  This includes a made-to-order breakfast at their restaurant.

The hotel rooms have a refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker.  The hotel does not allow us to bring food into public areas, but we will have a section of the ballroom set up for eating food that we bring from home or “carry out” through the back door. 

Our work area is a spacious ballroom with three entrances from the parking lot and natural light from two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows.  You will be able to reserve a workspace for yourself and a friend when the floor plan is finalized in January.   Workspace is selected in order of registration.

You must be a member of Fairfax QU to attend.  The fee to attend the retreat is $55, which is non-refundable.
