Welcome to McLean QU! |
Established in 1975, our guild is a place where people interested in the art and craft of quilting share and learn together. Our members, some who joined in the 70’s, and some last year, have quilting experience ranging from beginners to experts. We embrace and explore varied styles of quilting including but not limited to traditional, improv/modern, art quilting, applique, and hand quilting.
Our chapter meets monthly from September through May and offers a variety of activities including:
· Monthly meetings with speakers
· Finishing school – for all those UFO’s!
· Community service projects
· Summer Bees during July and August - 2nd and 4th Tuesdays
· Sew Ins
· A private Facebook page
· Small, special interest Zoom or In-person groups
· Work shops
· A yearly auction, and more!
To learn more about these activities, please click on All About McLean QU.
We welcome and encourage you to visit one of our meetings to experience our camaraderie and what we have to offer.
